Puff Pastry Cheese Straws
Grate Hack: Use the FlexPrep grater disc for even shreds that puff up perfectly.
Ingredients:
• 1 ready-rolled puff pastry sheet
• 100g mature cheddar, grated
• 1 egg, beaten
• Pinch of smoked paprika or chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
1.Unroll pastry and brush with egg.
2.Scatter grated cheese over half, fold over, and press gently.
3.Roll out lightly and slice into 1cm strips.
4.Twist each strip, brush with more egg.
5.Air fry at 180°C for 6-8 mins until golden.
Snack Tip: Dip in ketchup or spicy mayo. Great for lunchboxes or midnight munchies.
Mini Cheddars (Cheesy Biscuits)
Grate Hack: Pulse grated cheddar with flour and butter in FlexPrep for crumbly texture.
Ingredients:
• 100g plain flour
• 75g cold butter, cubed
• 100g extra mature cheddar, grated
• Pinch of salt & cayenne
• 1 tbsp milk (if needed)
Method:
1.Pulse flour, butter, cheese, and seasoning in FlexPrep.
2.Add milk to form dough.
3.Roll to 5mm thick, cut into circles.
4.Air fry at 170°C for 6-8 mins.
Snack Tip: Cool before snacking. Perfect for revision fuel or impressing flatmates with “homemade Cheddars.”
Cheesy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
• 250g chicken breast/thigh
• 50g grated cheddar
• 1 garlic clove
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper
• 1 egg
• 60g breadcrumbs
Method:
1.Pulse chicken, garlic, cheese, and seasoning in FlexPrep.
2.Shape into nuggets.
3.Dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs.
4.Air fry at 200°C for 10-12 mins, turning halfway.

Cheesy Jumbo Pinwheels
Grate Hack: Use a cheddar-mozzarella mix in the FlexPrep grater disc for ultimate melt.
Ingredients:
• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 3 tbsp tomato or pesto sauce
• 100g grated cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)
• Optional: ham, spinach, pepperoni
Method:
1.Spread sauce over pastry.
2.Sprinkle cheese and extras.
3.Roll up, slice into 1cm rounds.
4.Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 mins.
