Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to your Electric Spice Grinder.
  2. Blitz for 10–15 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust: more vinegar for zing, more honey for sweetness.
