  • 150g mushrooms, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until softened.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, soy sauce, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Let cool before filling your pastry.

Minced Beef

A hearty filling of seasoned beef and vegetables – perfect for a cosy night in.

Ingredients:

  • 250g minced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g frozen mixed veg
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and beef until browned.
  2. Add tomato paste, herbs, frozen veg, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove bay leaves and let cool before filling your pastry.
