Ribeye Steak

A grilled Ribeye Steak is tender, juicy and easy to cook. It’s ideal for all occasions and can be ready in very little time.

Ingredients:

  • 300g ribeye steak
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Attach the grill plates to the Grill & Sandwich Maker and preheat to high.
  2. Rub the meat with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. When the green indicator light shows, place the meat onto the grill plate. Lower the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes (or less, depending on your preference).
  4. Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes, before serving.
  5. Serve with fresh, steamed vegetables or a side salad.

Tip: For a more flavoursome & tender steak, ensure that your steak is at room temperature before cooking.
