Winter Citrus Smoothie Bowl

Winter sunshine in a bowl! This refreshing blend of apple, banana, and warm spices gets a citrusy pop on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Chopped nuts
  • Sliced apple
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced orange or tangerine

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with bright, crunchy goodness.
