Wholegrain Blueberry Pancakes with Light Maple

Fluffy, wholesome pancakes with bursts of blueberry and a naturally balanced sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt 
  • 5 tbsp wholegrain flour 
  • 1 tbsp milk 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • Pinch salt 
  • Blueberries (added in pan) 

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except blueberries in the Blast & Go Blender. 
  2. Heat a lightly greased pan over low–medium heat. 
  3. Pour batter, scatter blueberries on top, then flip once bubbles appear.
