It heats water fast, ability to choose the water temperature, keep warm setting and the best part is the three year extended warranty. Most tea kettles do not have a three year warranty. My last electric tea kettle only lasted one year. I own several Cusinart kitchen appliances and have been pleased.

The old kettle was used multiple times a day, every single day, and I'm confident this new workhorse will carry the same load. I never even considered another model, much less another brand.
