Ginger Lemon Power Cup

Comfort + hydration in one. This is hydration that feels comforting, soothing, and easy on your system when energy is low.

Ingredients

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 200ml coconut water
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blast & Go. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Enjoy chilled or gently warm after blending if preferred.
