Citrus Electrolyte Tonic

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 200ml coconut water
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blast & Go. 
  2. Blend for 30–40 seconds until smooth and icy. 
  3. Sip slowly for gentle rehydration.
