Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

Classic chocolate and banana blended with protein — the everyday shake that’s comforting and energising.

Ingredients

  • 200ml semi-skimmed or almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • Ice (optional)
  • Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add everything to Blast & Go.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Drink straight from the bottle or pour into a glass.
