Tacos...but not as you know them!
Crispy shells, fluffy cream, and fresh strawberries — these air fryer cream tacos are the fun, fruity dessert your Wimbledon spread needs. Made effortlessly in the ClearView 8.5L Air Fryer, they're ready in minutes and gone in seconds.
Instructions: Small tortillas, Melted butter, Crushed biscuits (blended into fine crumbs) mixed with sugar, Cooking spray oil, Whipped cream, Strawberry jam, Fresh strawberries or mixed berries
Method
- Dip each small tortilla into melted butter.
- Press the tortilla into the crushed biscuit and sugar mixture, coating both sides lightly.
- Shape each tortilla into a taco form (use an oven rack or folded foil to hold shape if needed).
- Place in the air fryer, lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Remove and allow to cool completely — they will harden and hold their taco shape.
To Serve
Fill each taco shell with whipped cream, then layer in strawberry jam and fresh berries.

Ingredients (fills 1 medium jar): 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, 2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste), 1–2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp water
Method
- Add strawberries to a saucepan with the water and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the strawberries soften and release their juices.
- Use a spoon or masher to break them down to your preferred texture (chunky or smooth).
- Turn the heat to low and stir in the honey. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into a clean jar.
Storage
- Keep in the fridge for up to 5–7 days
- Stir before serving if it thickens overnight

Flaky, golden croissants filled with lightly sweetened whipped cream, juicy strawberries and finished with a generous drizzle of pistachio cream. This easy summer treat feels bakery-worthy but comes together in minutes – perfect for a Wimbledon-inspired brunch or afternoon dessert.
Ingredients: 2 butter croissants, 200ml double cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional), 150g fresh strawberries, sliced, 2–3 tbsp pistachio cream, warmed slightly for drizzling, Chopped pistachios, to garnish (optional),
Method
- Place the croissants into the Cuisinart ClearView Air Fryer and air fry at 170°C for 2–3 minutes until lightly crisp and warmed through.
- Meanwhile, add the double cream, icing sugar and vanilla (if using) to a bowl. Using the Cuisinart Cordless Hand Blender Set with the whisk attachment, whip until soft peaks form.
- Slice each warm croissant in half lengthways.
- Pipe or spoon the whipped cream generously onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream, then place the top half of the croissant back on.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of pistachio cream and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios, if using.
Top Tip: Chill the whipped cream for 10 minutes before piping for a thicker, more defined finish that's perfect for creating that bakery-style look.
