Ingredients: 2 eggs, 5 tbsp cottage cheese, 4 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, Pinch salt 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blast & Go Blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth and glossy. 
  3. Cook small pancakes in a lightly greased pan over low–medium heat. 
  4. Serve with a light almond butter drizzle if desired.

You Had Me at Halloumi

Golden halloumi, creamy avocado and crisp sourdough stack up for a brunch toast that’s simple, satisfying and seriously hard to resist.

Ingredients: 2 slices sourdough bread, 1 ripe avocado, 150g halloumi, sliced, 1 tbsp olive oIL, juice of ½ lemon, chilli flakes (optional), Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place the sourdough slices into one drawer of the Cuisinart TriZone Air Fryer and cook at 180°C for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  2. Add the halloumi slices to the second drawer, drizzle with olive oil and cook at 180°C for 6 to 7 minutes until golden at the edges.
  3. While the halloumi cooks, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the avocado over the toasted sourdough.
  5. Top with the warm halloumi slices and finish with chilli flakes and black pepper.

  • Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 large frozen banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp allspice, /2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup raw pecans, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, 1 tsp chia seeds

Toppings: Oats, Nuts, Pumpkin seeds, Drizzle of pumpkin purée, Honey

Instructions:

  1. Add all base ingredients to the Blast and Go blender cup.
  2. Secure the lid and select the Smoothie setting.
  3. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.

Golden puff pastry layered with lemony ricotta, fresh asparagus and pea shoots, a light, spring-ready slice perfect for sharing with someone special.

  • Ingredients: 1 ready‑rolled puff pastry sheet, 200g ricotta, Zest of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt & black pepper, 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed to fit lengthways, 1 egg, beaten (egg wash), Handful pea shoots
  • Optional: parmesan for grating

Instructions:

  1. Trim the pastry into a neat rectangle and score a 1cm border (without cutting through).
  2. Mix ricotta, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread inside the border.
  3. Arrange asparagus spears lengthways on top.
  4. Brush the border with egg wash and add a light grating of parmesan if using.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 14–16 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Finish with pea shoots, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Slice to serve.

Bananas About This French Toast

Golden cinnamon French toast topped with warm caramelised bananas, a sweet brunch treat worth lingering over.

Ingredients: 4 slices brioche or thick-cut bread, 2 eggs, 120ml milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp butter, 1 ripe banana, sliced, 1 tbsp maple syrup (plus extra to serve)

Icing sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Cuisinart Deep Fill Sandwich Maker and lightly grease the plates with butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Toss the banana slices with maple syrup.
  4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture until lightly coated.
  5. Place two slices into the sandwich maker, top with the banana mixture, then add the remaining bread.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until the outside is golden and crisp.
  7. Carefully remove, dust with icing sugar and serve warm with extra maple syrup if you like.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 60ml milk, 80g mushrooms, sliced, 1 handful fresh spinach, 40g grated cheddar or feta, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Trizone Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil and place them in a small oven-safe dish or tin that fits inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 3–4 minutes to soften.
  4. Add the spinach to the mushrooms and stir until just wilted.
  5. Pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
