Ingredients: 2 slices sourdough bread, 1 ripe avocado, 150g halloumi, sliced, 1 tbsp olive oIL, juice of ½ lemon, chilli flakes (optional), Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Place the sourdough slices into one drawer of the Cuisinart TriZone Air Fryer and cook at 180°C for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Add the halloumi slices to the second drawer, drizzle with olive oil and cook at 180°C for 6 to 7 minutes until golden at the edges.
- While the halloumi cooks, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado over the toasted sourdough.
- Top with the warm halloumi slices and finish with chilli flakes and black pepper.

- Ingredients: 1 ready‑rolled puff pastry sheet, 200g ricotta, Zest of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt & black pepper, 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed to fit lengthways, 1 egg, beaten (egg wash), Handful pea shoots
- Optional: parmesan for grating
Instructions:
- Trim the pastry into a neat rectangle and score a 1cm border (without cutting through).
- Mix ricotta, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread inside the border.
- Arrange asparagus spears lengthways on top.
- Brush the border with egg wash and add a light grating of parmesan if using.
- Air fry at 180°C for 14–16 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Finish with pea shoots, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Slice to serve.

Ingredients: 4 slices brioche or thick-cut bread, 2 eggs, 120ml milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp butter, 1 ripe banana, sliced, 1 tbsp maple syrup (plus extra to serve)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Cuisinart Deep Fill Sandwich Maker and lightly grease the plates with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Toss the banana slices with maple syrup.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture until lightly coated.
- Place two slices into the sandwich maker, top with the banana mixture, then add the remaining bread.
- Close the lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until the outside is golden and crisp.
- Carefully remove, dust with icing sugar and serve warm with extra maple syrup if you like.

Instructions:
- Preheat the Trizone Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil and place them in a small oven-safe dish or tin that fits inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 3–4 minutes to soften.
- Add the spinach to the mushrooms and stir until just wilted.
- Pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
