Bright, bold, and antioxidant-rich — berries and beetroot meet protein for a refreshing recovery boost.

Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut water
  • 100g cooked beetroot (chilled)
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 150g Greek yoghurt or skyr
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • Ice (optional)
  • Optional: 1 scoop unflavoured or vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to Blast & Go.
  2. Blend until vibrant and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
