Very Berry High Protein Pancakes

Up your protein with these very berry pancakes made without protein powder. Serve with Greek yoghurt, berries, and honey for an extra protein boost.

Ingredients

  • 50g Frozen Berries
  • 150g oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 50g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 200ml milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
     

Preparation

  1.  Add liquids first – Pour milk, egg, and Greek yoghurt into the Cuisinart On-the-Go Blender.
  2. Add dry ingredients – Oat flour, plain flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth – Attach the blade, blend for 20–30 seconds, shaking if needed.
  4. Pour & Cook – Attach the sippy cup lid and pour directly onto the Cuisinart Pancake Maker.
  5. Cook until golden and fluffy.
  6. Pro Tip: Let the batter sit for 5 minutes before cooking for extra fluffiness! Serve with Greek yoghurt, berries, and honey for a protein boost.
