Quick and easy to make, this Greek dip is perfect for serving as part of a sharing meze platter or a starter, with flat bread or pitta.


  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 150g full fat soft cream cheese
  • 70g crème fraiche
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1tbsp.olive oil
  • Black pepper


  • Add all the ingredients into the Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro.
  • Using the CHOP button,blend until smooth. Check for seasoning.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
