Spicy Chicken Wings

Spicy Chicken Wings are delicious and easy to make and are great to make for the whole family. This version skips the deep-fat frying, making them healthier too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. garlic granules
  • ½ tsp. mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp. sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp. cayenne
  • ½ tsp. black peppercorns
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 16 chicken wings (approx. 1kg)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Place all the dry ingredients into the Spice Grinder and grind together.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the chicken wings and olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle over the ground spice and mix until thoroughly coated.
  4. Place the airfryer basket onto the baking tray. Ensure the basket is oiled. Evenly place the chicken wings into the basket.
  5. Put the assembled pan into rack position 2. Set the oven to airfry at 200˚C, for 20 minutes. Cook until golden.
  6. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
