Scottish Tattie Scones

A comforting classic that’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 200g mashed potatoes (leftovers work great)
  • 100g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
     

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough using a hand mixer. Roll out and shape into rounds.
  2. Brush lightly with oil and air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
