Pistachio Cream Pancakes
Upgrade breakfast with these pistachio cream pancakes.
Ingredients
- 200g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 300ml milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp pistachio cream (for topping)
- Crushed pistachios (for garnish)
Preparation
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed.
- Whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter, and pistachios cream, then gradually add to the dry ingredients using the hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the Cuisinart Pancake Maker or in a hot pan and cook until golden and fluffy.
- Serve with crushed pistachios, and cream.
