Pistachio Cream Pancakes

Upgrade breakfast with these pistachio cream pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp pistachio cream (for topping)
  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish)
     

Preparation

  1.  Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed.
  2. Whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter, and pistachios cream, then gradually add to the dry ingredients using the hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the Cuisinart Pancake Maker or in a hot pan and cook until golden and fluffy.
  4. Serve with crushed pistachios, and cream.
