Pea Guacamole
Pea Guacamole
This quick and easy guacamole recipe uses peas instead of avocado. Peas are full of vitamins and antioxidants and give a naturally sweeter taste for a lighter alternative to traditional guacamole.
Ingredients
- 200g frozen peas, cooked
- ½ shallot
- ½ red chilli, seeds removed
- 100ml plain yoghurt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 10g fresh coriander
- Juice of half a lime
- Pinch of fresh sea salt
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper.
- Process until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Season to taste.
