No-Knead Cheesy Jalapeño Bread

Packed with cheese and a hint of spice, this bread is sure to impress at any table.

Ingredients

  • 240g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 180ml cup warm water
  • 60g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 small jalapeño, diced
     

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and mix with a hand mixer (dough hooks) until just combined.
  3. Fold in cheese and jalapeños. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Grease an air fryer-safe dish, transfer the dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
