Mini Focaccia

This mini focaccia is light, flavourful, and perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 240g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 180g cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
     

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix with a hand mixer (dough hooks) until combined. Dough will be sticky—don’t worry!
  3. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Grease an air fryer-safe pan, spread the dough, and poke it with your fingers to create dimples. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with more olive oil and serve warm!
