Mango Iced Lollies

Cool down on a hot day with these quick and easy Mango Iced Lollies, made with just 2 ingredients. Try switching up the mango for any other tinned fruit you have in your store cupboard for a different flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 432g tinned mango slices in fruit juice
  • 200ml full fat coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Pour the tinned mango, including its juice, and the coconut milk into a high sided container.
  2. Using a hand blender, blitz the ingredients until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until ready (usually overnight).
