An easy, homemade Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette recipe which will add lots of flavour to your favourite salads. It’s a versatile dressing which can even be used as a marinade for chicken and fish!
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 35ml apple cider vinegar
- 100ml olive oil
- 2 tsp. honey
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients into the blending cup of the Cuisinart Cordless On the Go Blender.
- Secure the blade assembly.
- Process until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Drizzle over salad to serve.
