Ingredients
Makes about 475ml / 8 scoops
- 75ml whole milk
- 60g granulated sugar
- Pinch salt
- 150ml double cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preparation
- Pour the milk and sugar into a bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
- Stir the cream and vanilla into the mixture, cover and if time allows refrigerate for 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Add your ingredients and churn up the flavour for 25 minutes.
- Serve or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
