Coffee Shop Favourite, Made Your Way Craving something cold, creamy and caramel-packed? Fresh Cuisinart Concentra cold brew gives this frappe its smooth coffee base, while caramel, sweet cream and whipped cream take it firmly into treat territory.

Ingredients

  • 180ml Cuisinart Concentra cold brew  
  • 120ml milk  
  • 1½ cups ice  
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce  
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup (optional)  
  • Sweet cream, to top  
  • Whipped cream, to top  
  • Extra caramel sauce, to drizzle  

Preparation

  1. Prepare 180ml of fresh cold brew using your Cuisinart Concentra.  
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a glass. 
  3. Add the cold brew, milk, ice, caramel sauce and sugar syrup in glass.   
  4. Top with sweet cream and whipped cream.  
  5. Finish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce.
