A classic Italian dessert made even easier. Rich Cuisinart Concentra coffee concentrate is poured over cold, creamy vanilla ice cream for the ultimate hot-and-cold combination. The result? A simple dessert that feels seriously indulgent.
Ingredients
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 30–45ml Cuisinart Concentra coffee concentrate
- Chocolate shavings or chopped pistachios, to serve (optional)
Preparation
- Prepare up to 2oz of rich coffee concentrate using your Cuisinart Concentra.
- Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to a dessert glass or bowl.
- Pour the warm coffee concentrate over the ice cream.
- Finish with chocolate shavings or chopped pistachios, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
