      The Mini Prep Pro has a 900ml capacity, so you can quickly and easily chop onions and garlic, as well as making breadcrumbs and grinding nuts. You can also mix your own dips and sauces like pesto, hummus and mayonnaise or make nut butters, which taste delicious when made from scratch. It's also great for blending small quantities like smoothies, compotes and baby food.

      It's really easy to use, with just 1 blade that rotates in both directions for either chopping / puréeing or grinding. The bowl and blade are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

We ordered one and it has become a welcome addition to our kitchen! Works well and is easily cleaned after use. Much better than having to try storing a large food processor! You will not regret having it on hand.

      Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product and a dream to use Our previous food chopper was from a quality manufacturer but when it packed it we decided to upgrade to a top of the range manufacturer and therefore we purchase this model. For a machine that is always available in the kitchen and used often it is brilliant. Easy to use (after you figure out) the way to get the machine to be "ready" with the lid and the "jug". I hope this machine lasts longer than the previous one.

      Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight chopper for small jobs! I haven't used the grinder function, but the chopper makes quick work of raw vegetables. Even carrots are effortless (follow directions by cutting into uniform pieces before putting into the chopper). The veggies ends up very small but not pureed.

      Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same Great Chopper The chopper/grinder works well; however, it is a little different from the same Cuisinart chopper I used for many years. I noticed it is lighter weight which probably means more plastic. Perhaps that isn't all bad in that some parts of the heavier metal model showed rust unless thoroughtly dried after each use. Again, I have used it a half dozen times and it works well. I expect it to last as long as the first one did.
