Ingredients

  • 100g melted butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 60g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin that fits into the flat oven drawer.
  3. Bake on Manual at 170°C for 20–22 minutes.
  4. Tip: Check with a toothpick - a slightly fudgy centre means it's perfect!
