Snack Tip: Cool before snacking. Perfect for revision fuel or impressing flatmates with “homemade Cheddars.”

Ingredients

  • 100g plain flour
  • 75g cold butter, cubed
  • 100g extra mature cheddar, grated
  • Pinch of salt & cayenne
  • 1 tbsp milk (if needed)

Preparation

  1. Pulse flour, butter, cheese, and seasoning in FlexPrep.
  2. Add milk to form dough.
  3. Roll to 5mm thick, cut into circles.
  4. Air fry at 170°C for 6-8 mins.
