Make Your Own Homemade Nut Butters

It's never been easier to make your own Nut Butter.

With just a few ingredients and the power of our Flex Prep Food Processor or Pixie Chopper, you can make smooth, creamy, homemade goodness in seconds. Why not whip up one of these three delicious flavours?

Notella Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

200g roasted hazelnuts 

2 tbsp cocoa powder 

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp neutral oil

½ tsp vanilla extract 

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon Honey Peanut Butter 

250g roasted peanuts 

1 tbsp honey 

½ tsp ground cinnamon 

½ tsp sea salt 

1 tbsp neutral oil


Classic Almond Butter 

200g roasted almonds 

1 tbsp neutral oil

½ tsp sea salt 

1 tsp honey or sugar

2 tbsp water 

Steps

1. Add the nuts to our food processor/mini chopper and blend until crumbly, then scrape down the sides.

2. Continue blending until smooth and creamy, adding oil/water gradually (plus extra if needed.)

3. Stir in extras (honey, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, etc.) at the end and pulse until combined. 

4. Spread straight onto toast to enjoy, and transfer the rest to an airtight jar.
