A festive finger-food favourite stacked high with all your Christmas dinner faves.
Ingredients: Mini potatoes, Brussels sprouts, turkey chunks, streaky bacon, brie, cranberry sauce, olive oil spray, cocktail sticks.
Instructions:
- Air fry potatoes, sprouts & turkey at 180°C for 20–25 mins.
- Grill bacon at 200°C for 8–10 mins.
- Stack: Potato → turkey → bacon → sprout → brie → cranberry sauce. Serve warm!
Festive Cheese Dip
Creamy camembert, smoky bacon & tangy cranberry in one irresistible dip.
Ingredients: Camembert, bacon, cranberry sauce, thyme, pepper, bread/crackers.
Instructions:
- Place camembert in ramekin, top with bacon & cranberry.
- Air fry at 160–170°C for 15 mins.
- Serve hot with bread or crackers.
Christmas Mains: The star of the show!
A Turkey Crown and Gammon Joint so good, you'll want to serve them both!
Turkey Crown
Golden, juicy, and seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients: 1 small turkey crown, 2-3 tbsp oil, Christmas spice rub (salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary)
Method:
- Mix oil with the spice blend and rub generously over turkey.
- Place in air fryer drawer at 170-180°C for 1 hr 40 mins.
- Baste every 40-50 mins with juices for that golden, juicy finish.
- Check internal temperature is 74°C at the thickest part of the breast before serving.
- Serve with all the trimmings you know and love!
Honey-Glazed Christmas Ham
Sweet, smoky, and irresistibly festive.
Ingredients: 800g–1kg boneless ham joint (pre-cooked), 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp olive oil
Method:
- Mix honey, mustard, orange zest, cloves & oil for glaze.
- Score ham in criss-cross pattern and brush with glaze.
- Air fry at 160°C for 20–25 mins, basting halfway.
- Increase to 180°C for last 5 mins.
- Check internal temperature is 60°C at the thickest part before serving.
- Let the ham rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Perfect Spuds: Crispy, Golden, Irresistible
No Christmas dinner is complete without the ultimate roast potatoes. So here’s how to nail the perfect spud every time with this game-changing hack. The secret? A sizzling hot drawer loaded with flavoursome oil
Ingredients: Soft-boiled potatoes, oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper.
Method:
- Remove the air fryer tray you’ll only be using the drawer.
- Pour in enough oil to coat the bottom, then sprinkle over salt, thyme, rosemary, and pepper.
- Slide the drawer back in and heat at 200°C for 5 minutes until the oil is sizzling hot.
- Carefully add your potatoes to the drawer and top again with the same oil + herb mix.
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 180°C, then finish with 10–15 minutes on max crisp for that unbeatable golden crunch.
