Spicy Chicken Wings

Spicy Chicken Wings are a delicious and easy dish to make for the whole family and are perfect for a weekend treat. They can be spiced to your liking and pair perfectly with a fresh salad or homemade potato wedges.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. garlic granules
  • ½ tsp. mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp. sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. black peppercorns
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 16 chicken wings, approx. 1kg

Directions:

  1. Place all the dry ingredients into the Spice Grinder and grind together.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the chicken wings and the olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle over the ground spice and mix, until thoroughly coated.
  4. Attach the GRILL plates to the Griddle and Grill and set the temperature to 180 ̊C.
  5. Grill the chicken wings for about 20 to 25 minutes each side. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
