Seafood Teppanyaki

Seafood Teppanyaki is a mixed dish of fresh fish, vegetables and noodles all cooked together on the grill.
It's easy to make on our Entertaining Grill and makes a great choice for a mid-week meal or a weekend treat.
Ingredients
For the Seafood
- 300g squid tubes, cleaned & patted dry
- 12 raw king prawns with shells on
- Small handful of coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp ground nut oil
- Juice of 1 lime
For the Noodles
- 300g pre-cooked thick noodles
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 4 small Thai red chillies, finely sliced, seeds removed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
To Serve
- Lime wedges
- Coriander leaves
Preparation
- In a bowl combine the squid, prawns, coriander, ground nut oil and lime juice. Allow to marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl toss the noodles with the spring onions, red chillies, soy sauce, ground nut oil, sesame oil and lime juice.
- Pre-heat the Entertaining Grill to 220ºC on both sides.
- Place the squid and prawns on one side of the Entertaining Grill. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then turn and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Whilst the seafood is cooking, place the prepared noodles onto the other side of the Entertaining Grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes, turning occasionally until they begin to brown.
- Serve with lime wedges and coriander leaves.
