Red Pepper Hummus

This easy roasted red pepper hummus is smooth and creamy, full of flavour and only takes a few minutes to make. Ideal for serving with your favourite bread, crudités or tortilla chips.


  • 400g tin of chickpeas, drained & reserved
  • 2roasted red peppers from a jar, approx. 200g, roughly chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp. tahini paste
  • Juice½ lemon
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1tsp.paprika
  • 2 tbsp. chickpea water


  1. Add all the ingredients into the Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro.
  2. Using the CHOP button, blend until smooth. Check for seasoning.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
