Peach Bellini

Bellini’s are a sparkling Italian cocktail, which use few ingredients and are very easy to make. Fizzy and refreshing, they are the perfect drink for any occasion.


  • 3 ripe, white peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2tsp.sugar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 bottle of Champagne or Prosecco, chilled


  1. Make a peach purée by placing all the ingredients,except the Champagne or Prosecco, into the blending jug. Then using the Cuisinart Cordless Pro Hand Blender, with the BLENDING SHAFT attached, process until smooth.
  2. Decant all the Champagne or Prosecco into a large mixing jug. Slowly add the peach purée and then stir carefully. Allow to settle before pouring into Champagne flutes.

Note:To ensure the mix of peach purée and Champagne does not froth over, it is best to mix using a mixing jug
