Pea Guacamole

This quick and easy guacamole recipe uses peas instead of avocado. Peas are full of vitamins and antioxidants and give a naturally sweeter taste for a lighter alternative to traditional guacamole.

Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen peas, cooked
  • ½ shallot
  • ½ red chilli, seeds removed
  • 100ml plain yoghurt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 10g fresh coriander
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Pinch of fresh sea salt

Directions:

 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper.
  2. Process until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  3. Season to taste.
