Nut butter is easy to make in our Mini Prep Pro and makes a lovely spread for toast, sandwiches, on pancakes or in sauces! You can use this method substituting the nuts for any other roasted variety such as almond, peanut, brazil or hazelnut.


  • 200g roasted cashew nuts
  • Pinch sea salt (optional)


  1. Place the nuts in the Mini Prep Pro with the blade fitted. Secure the lid.
  2. Process by continuously holding down the “CHOP” button until the nuts start to form a breadcrumb like texture. Remove the lid and scrape down the sides.
  3. Add salt, if using, and continue to process using the “GRIND” button until the nuts are smooth and creamy. This will take several minutes. You will need to scrape down the sides regularly.
  4. Store in an airtight container. It will keep in the fridge for at least 3-4 weeks.
