300g pizza dough 1 tbsp olive oil 2 small tomatoes, diced ½ red onion, diced 100g artichoke hearts, from jar drained and dried 90g pitted Kalamata olives 80g fresh goat cheese 50g fresh mozzarella, sliced 5 basil leaves
1. Preheat the pizza oven to 400°C. 2. Roll out prepared pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a well-floured pizza peel. 3. Brush the entire surface of the dough with olive oil, then evenly scatter the diced tomatoes, red onion, artichoke hearts and olives, leaving a 1-inch border around the outside. 4. Top with goat cheese and place the mozzarella slices evenly around. 5. Once the Pizza Oven is too temperature, add the pizza and bake for 5 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven with a pizza peel and top with the basil leaves, before serving.
