Korean Chilli Sauce

For a little kick try this Korean Chilli Sauce, easily whizzed up in our Spice Grinder. A perfect pairing for our Korean BBQ.


  • 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean fermented chilli paste)
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar (brown sugar will work)
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


  1. Place all of the ingredients into the Cuisinart Spice Grinder. Process until well combined.
  2. Place in a serving bowl.

Tip: Try serving with our Korean BBQ.
