Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 120g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
     

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Coating: In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian Seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
