Prep. Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Full of flavour and ready in about half an hour, this grilled duck recipe is easy to follow and requires very little prep. Serve with baby potatoes and minted peas for a simple dinner option.

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 duck breasts, depending on size
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 red onions, peeled and cut into wedges

To Serve:

  • Dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Pat the duck breasts dry, to absorb any excess moisture and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Attach the GRILL plate and heat the Multi Cooker to MEDIUM. When the green light shows, place the duck breast, skin side down, onto the GRILL tray and grill for approximately 20 –30 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time. (Depending on how thick your duck breasts are).
  3. With 10 minutes remaining of the cooking time, place the onion wedges onto the GRILL tray and cook until ready, turning occasionally.
  4. Allow the duck to rest for several minutes before slicing. Serve with the cooked onions and Dijon mustard
