Fresh Fruit Mango Sorbet

Just pureed fruit with no additives or sugars... healthy can be a treat!


  • 4 medium mangoes (approx 650g flesh)
  • Zest & juice of 2 limes


  1. Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the stones. Cut into chunks.
  2. Assemble the paddle holder of the Iced Dessert Maker with the fresh fruit paddle. Place in the freezer bowl and turn on. Whilst the unit is running add the chopped mango, lime juice & zest.
  3. Churn for 20 minutes. The sorbet will have a soft texture. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.
  4. If left in the freezer for longer, remove 10 minutes before serving to soften.
