Coriander Sauce

Bright and fragrant this dipping sauce is a treat for the senses. Pair with our Korean BBQ recipe.


  • 50g fresh coriander, excess stalks removed
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp palm sugar (brown sugar will work too)
  • 4 tbsp ground nut oil


  1. Place all the ingredients into the Mini Prep Pro and process using the ‘CHOP’ button until finely chopped.
  2. Place in a serving bowl.

Tip: Try serving with out Korean BBQ.
