Cinnamon Toast

Quick and easy to make and ready in approximately half an hour, make the perfect Cinnamon Toast, using the Cook In. It makes a delicious breakfast option or can be made to have as a tasty snack.

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of brioche
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 300ml milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 50g salted butter
  • Icing sugar

To Serve:

  • Yoghurt
  • Fresh fruit salad

Directions:

  1. Using the Cordless Pro Hand Blender, with the blending attachment, mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and milk together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a dish, big enough for a slice of bread to fit into.
  3. Place the grill plate on the Cook In and set the heat to medium.
  4. Add the butter to the grill pan and allow to melt.
  5. Dip the brioche into the mixture and place onto the grill pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar, before serving.
  7. Serve warm, either plain, or with your choice of fresh yoghurt or fruit salad.
