Berry Smoothie

This refreshing and super healthy berry smoothie is easy to make and is perfect for breakfast or a tasty mid-day snack.

Ingredients:

  • 180g fresh strawberries, stemmed and cut in half
  • 10g blackberries
  • 10g blueberries
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 50ml water

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blending cup of the Cuisinart Cordless On the Go Blender.
  2. Secure the blade assembly.
  3. Blend until smooth.

Tip: If taking to work, add the fruit to the blending cup and then keep in the fridge, until ready to blend. Or add a tablespoon of crushed ice, along with the other ingredients, for a chilled version.
