  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 small fresh beetroot, peeled
  • 1 small apple, core removed
  • Salad cress
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Toast your sourdough bread to your desired consistency.
  2. Using the fine setting of the slicing blade on the Easy Prep Pro, slice the beetroot and apple.
  3. To assemble your crostini, portion the ricotta cheese between your toasted sourdough.
  4. Scatter over the ricotta the sliced beetroot and apple.
  5. Sprinkle over the salad cress, and season with freshly ground pepper.
