Banana Packcakes

Servings: Makes approx 10 Small Pancakes


  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 Medium ripe bananas
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 80g Oats
  • Butter for greasing the plates

To Serve

  • a Handful of blueberries
  • Maple syrup


  1. Break the banana up into a high sided container. Add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Attach the chopping blade to the Hand Blender and mix on a medium speed until well combined and smooth. Allow the batter to rest for a minute or two.
  3. Attach the griddle plates to the Griddle & Grill. Select griddle and preheat to 180°C, in the fully open position.
  4. Grease the plates with a little butter.
  5. Drop 2 tbsp (30mls) of batter for each pancake onto the griddle plates.
  6. Cook the pancakes for approximately 5 minutes until the edges start to look as if they are setting.
  7. Gently turn the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cook in batches keeping the prepared pancakes warm in the oven.
  9. Serve with blueberries and maple syrup
