2 Ingredient Flat Bread

Soft, chewy, and incredibly easy, these 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Flatbreads are made with just Greek yoghurt and self-raising flour. No yeast, no kneading, and no waiting! perfect for wraps, dips, or quick homemade breads in minutes. 

Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yoghurt (0–2%) 
  • 200g self-raising flour 
  • Extra flour, for dusting 

Preparation

  1. Add the Greek yoghurt and self-raising flour to a bowl and mix until a soft dough forms. 
  2. Lightly flour a work surface and briefly knead the dough until smooth. 
  3. Divide into 6–8 equal balls. 
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin round, then gently stretch with your hands if needed. 
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. 
  6. Place flatbreads into the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). 
  7. Air fry for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until puffed and lightly golden. 
  8. Remove and wrap in a clean tea towel to keep soft.
