Lots of choice of grind. Only slight issue is the static, but we grind it and leave it to sit for a while before emptying the grind chamber and this seems to work.

Good size too...not to big on the worktop but big enough to hold a useful amount of beans. The real problem, and the reason why I sent it back for a refund, was that the grind was too coarse so it didn't work for an espresso machine. It boasts 18 different grind setting...but the finest of these settings was still giving coffee grains that were bigger then normal filter and cafetiere coffee. It didn't really come close to espresso grind. The customer service team were very good in responding.

It does produce good coffee, but the coarse setting is much too coarse even for a cafetiere. It also takes up a large amount of space.

Excellent customer service when I called about getting a repair. Works great with a pressurised pan in my Gaggia Classic machine. New flat burr plates give very consistent grind.
